At the initial stage of the planning process, we will discuss your requirements, either in a no obligation face-to-face meeting at your premises, or over the phone. Once we have determined your specific requirements, we will provide you with our recommendations and devise a strategy on how to move forward. Once you are comfortable with our approach, we will begin the process to get you accredited.
You will be designated with a Compliance Consultant, who will request specific information required for the accreditation and audit. They will ensure that you understand the requirements and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the process.
Once we, and you, the Client, are satisfied that all the required documentation and information is in place, we will carry out an internal audit of the policies and procedures, and advise on any further recommendations.
This will ensure that all standard requirements are met within your organisation. It also allows for any further improvements to be carried out and questions to be asked prior to the external audit.
When your organisation is ready, we will then book an external audit to take place with a certification agency of your choice. We will be on hand to provide support throughout the external audit, should you require it.
We will work with you to establish your current Company policies, procedures, training documents, flow diagrams and any other elements required to fulfil the accreditation requirements.
